Booking

The Health Collab has implemented an efficient and convenient online booking system aimed at improving your health experience.

Simply click on the ‘BOOK HERE’ icon and follow the prompts for easy online booking.  Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS that you can automatically sync with any online calendar.

Your details will be entered in the system upon your initial use and stored from that point onwards for quick and clean future appointments.

Alternatively, you can take the traditional approach by calling 0417 603 753 to make a booking.  Please leave a message if unanswered and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Cancellations MUST be done AT LEAST 24 hrs prior to the treatment. Often people cannot make it to the clinic on the day of a spot becoming available, but can do so if given a day’s notice. Please consider others in this process.

Payment

The preferred method of payment is by online transfer when you make the booking. Details will be supplied in your confirmation email after you book.

It is possible to pay at the time of treatment in the clinic but the online transfer is designed with you in mind in order to:

1. Maximise your treatment time

2. Allow sessions to run on time for you

Invoices will be emailed unless you request otherwise. Claims for private health can be done online by most funds once an invoice is emailed to you.

Payment must be made prior to, or at the time of treatment.

Of course, a HICAPS facility is available for those who would like to transact in person.
